Nitish founded HiPo to bring enterprise-grade AI and software engineering to growing businesses. He has spent his career building production AI systems at scale — architecting multi-agent orchestration platforms, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and LLM post-training workflows for leading fintech and cybersecurity companies. He holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from IIT Hyderabad.

Nicole leads HiPo's operations and client services, bringing a background in geographic information systems, data analytics, and education. She has worked as a GIS Technician for county governments, as a data analyst, and as an adjunct professor, giving her a unique perspective on how data, mapping, and technology come together to solve real-world problems. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Geography and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Cartography from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
